Thank you for shopping with Elilora — a brand dedicated to handcrafted, high-end, original silver and gemstone jewelry. Every piece is carefully inspected for quality and artistry before it leaves our studio. Our standard refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all orders arrive in perfect condition.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • All original packaging, jewelry boxes, and authenticity cards (if provided) must be included.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once worn or handled.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards or discount codes
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Intimate jewelry such as earrings that have been tried on
  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please provide your order number or proof of purchase when contacting our support team. Do not ship your item back to the manufacturer or supplier directly. Our team will guide you through the return process to ensure smooth handling and prompt processing.

Returns should be sent only after receiving confirmation from our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect your package in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary depending on your institution.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or PayPal account. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to appear. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@elilora.shop.

Sale Items & Exchanges

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges are possible only if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. To request an exchange, please email us with your order details and photos of the item. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost may be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.

Always use a reliable, trackable shipping service and consider purchasing insurance to ensure your package arrives safely. Elilora cannot guarantee receipt of packages lost in transit.
